As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the voice of one of Ireland's leading companies in the school administration sector. You will be responsible for fielding calls and emails from principals, deputies, and secretaries, ensuring that all customer support queries are responded to efficiently and professionally. This role requires a motivated individual and an excellent communicator who can easily adapt to managing various tasks and requirements. Candidate Profile
- You are friendly, patient, and remain cool under pressure
- You can stay calm and think creatively to resolve difficult situations
- Ability to prioritise workload, work to deadlines and ensure queries are resolved on-time
- You have good basic IT skills with Word, and Excel
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, timely support to schools via phone and email
- Create an exceptional personal service experience
- Troubleshoot user questions
- Make recommendations based on feature requests reported by users
- Liaise with team members
Experience and Qualifications
- Admin /Support desk experience preferable
- Experience in the education industry would be an advantage
- Customer service experience
- IT support experience
