Timetable Statistics

New windows added throughout the key screens of timetable construction, giving an extended insight into the demanded resources associated with your timetable.

These screens will help you recognise heavily allocated rooms and teachers across various situations such as blocked classes or room pools. Aiding you in making more informed choices in the preparation stages of timetabling.

NAPD Feedback: These screens give the Timetabler greater insight into the resource usage of their timetable.

Substitution Editing

Users can now edit existing substitution records. This allows easy control of unexpected changes in cover needs.

For example, if a teacher was scheduled to be out for the first three periods attending a match, but something unexpected has happened meaning the teacher will not be available for 6 periods, these periods can now be added to the existing record without having to delete and re-record the entire record.

NAPD Feedback: This update will save a lot of time and repetition of work

Adding Folder Structures to Document Management

We’re adding organisation to your cloud storage in VSware! Now arrange your files in folders.

NAPD Feedback: While many schools manage these needs in systems such as those provided by Google or Microsoft, this update will help those schools who have not already engaged in such products.

Teacher Gradebook

Full cloud gradebook solution for teachers, allowing teacher to record their own in-class assessments, track student progress and schedule exams.

This is a large scale project and something we will be working on for most of this year.  An early version was shown in demo to the NAPD with very positive input and guidance. We will post update videos here as they become available.

NAPD Feedback: We look forward to seeing this product develop, its looking very promising so far.

Teacher Permissions & Student Information

Previously the user permission ‘Allow access to Detailed Student Information’ allowed users access to the Personal and Household tab of a student profile as well as the ability to print student data. Administrators can now separate these permissions, so that it is possible to give a teacher access to either the Personal or Household tab or give access to Print Student Data.
